1. General No-Refund Policy
AncientEchoes provides digital services and subscription access. Once access begins, subscription charges are generally non-refundable.
Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or where duplicate or erroneous charges are confirmed.
2. How to Request a Billing Review
If you believe a billing error occurred, email our support team and include enough information for us to locate and review your purchase.

- Briefly explain the billing issue, such as duplicate payment, mistaken renewal, or technical checkout error.
We aim to review billing issues within 3 to 5 business days. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method, and your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
3. Exceptions
We may review duplicate payments, technical billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances individually. Partial refunds for unused subscription time are generally not provided unless required by law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew automatically.
